Exciting Leadership Transition at Downtown Main Street

Dear Partners and Stakeholders,

I hope this message finds you well. I am pleased to share some important leadership updates at Red Wing Downtown Main Street (DTMS). Beginning March 3rd, Andrea Hanson will step into the role of Executive Director while Megan Tsui transitions to the new role of Senior Strategy Consultant.

This transition was initiated by Megan, who has seen firsthand Andrea’s leadership as a Board Member and Chair of the Business Development Committee. Andrea brings fresh energy, a wealth of experience as a downtown business owner, and a deep commitment to supporting local businesses. The Board enthusiastically approved this transition, recognizing Andrea and Megan's strengths in their new roles.

As Executive Director, Andrea will lead program implementation and daily operations, ensuring the continued success of our initiatives, and will prioritize business recruitment. Meanwhile, Megan will focus on strategic partnerships and long-term planning to strengthen the future of downtown Red Wing.
